St Angelo Model Flying Club is based at St Angelo/Enniskillen Airport just a few miles from Enniskillen town. We fly a large range of radio controlled models including both indoor and outdoor and all the different model disciplines including fixed wing planes (with electric, nitro, petrol and turbine power), gliders, helicopters and quadcopters. We have two experienced club instructors and examiners.

We fly, weather permitting, on a Monday night and this is our training night. Flying is only after 6.00pm and is carried out on the main tarmac runway during British Summer Time. We also fly on other evenings if the weather is good and there are club members available. Before coming to the airport to fly or spectate please contact a club member so we can arrange to meet you to give you access to the airport via the main gate. Over the winter months indoor flying is available.

In the summer we had a visit from the team at Irish TV. If you watch Episode 89 you will see the program they did, the part about the model club beginning around the 12 minute mark. Just click the photograph below to go straight to the program.
